This architectural project presents a stunning 350 m² family villa perched on the verdant hills of Drafi, Athens. Designed to harmonize with its lush, tree-filled surroundings, the residence is a masterclass in minimalist brutalism and structural honesty. The exterior narrative is defined by the bold use of raw exposed concrete and dark steel, featuring a dynamic façade with striking triangular geometries and sharp angular openings that frame the panoramic views of the Athenian landscape.

Inside, the home embraces a "refined industrial" aesthetic, where monolithic concrete walls are softened by the warmth of wide-plank hardwood flooring. The heart of the villa is an expansive open-plan living area featuring a monolithic matte-black kitchen with a massive stone island and a seamless linear fireplace. A sculptural, open-tread staircase with a glass balustrade connects the levels, enhancing the sense of transparency and vertical flow.
