Our latest project in Filothei transforms a classic apartment into a serene, light-filled retreat. By prioritizing a palette of earthy neutrals and organic materials, we created a space that feels both modern and timelessly cozy. The renovation features custom-integrated cabinetry, a seamless cement-textured fireplace, and meticulously laid herringbone floors that ground the airy open-plan layout. Every detail, from the soft recessed lighting to the warm wood accents, was chosen to evoke a sense of calm and understated elegance in one of Athens' most prestigious neighborhoods
