Filothei Villa Renovation

For this 300m² villa in the lush, leafy suburb of Filothei, our design approach centered on "Indoor-Outdoor Fluidity," capturing the serene, residential character of one of Athens’ most prestigious garden suburbs. The interior layout embraces a minimalist, Mediterranean modernism, where expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundaries between the sophisticated living areas and the private garden. We utilized a premium material palette—featuring Greek marble, warm oak flooring, and custom metalwork—to create an atmosphere of understated opulence. Natural light serves as a primary design element, washing over the open-plan spaces and highlighting the clean, geometric lines that define this contemporary Athenian sanctuary.
