The expansive living area is anchored by impeccably preserved architectural details, most notably the intricate gypsum crown molding and a classic marble fireplace that pay homage to the building’s historic soul. We balanced these traditional elements with a sophisticated, modern palette of cream and navy blue, featuring bespoke cabinetry and sleek, integrated Sub-Zero refrigeration that bridges the gap between high-end culinary function and formal entertaining space.
