Summer Aegean Villa

This project is all about a seamless, respectful dialogue between luxury and the rugged Mediterranean landscape. By utilizing biophilic design and a subterranean footprint, we’ve created a home that feels like a natural extension of the cliffside rather than an imposition on it. The living green roofs do more than just blend the structures into the topography—they provide incredible natural thermal insulation, keeping the interiors cool during the peak of summer. With the infinity pool acting as a visual bridge to the Aegean and the floor-to-ceiling glass blurring the lines between the living spaces and the horizon, it’s a masterclass in modern, sustainable coastal living.
